I installed this on my XOP rubicon treestand in a matter of minutes, the attachment system is well thought out and executed well. All of the straps were plenty long enough, but not excessive.the shoulder straps are comfortable, with the sternum strap, it will probably be comfortable enough without a waist belt unless I add a lot of weight. I usually hunt with 3-sticks attached to the stand, so for walks under 1-mile, this is all i will use to pack my stand.the one improvement would be to have the buckle cover for the sternum strap also, but this is a really nice harness for the price paid.
