These are reasonably comfortable seats with a water-resistant finish. I plan on using them atop metal ladder stands to make longer sits more comfortable. The zippers work well and they should last outside for a few seasons if only emplaced during the standard season they’ll be used. Due to the fabric used to keep them weatherproof, they do make some noise, which is a factor for anyone thinking of using them for archery. One of the interior pads also didn’t fully decompress, despite removing both from the seats. The instructions say they will inflate fully in a few hours, mine took close to three full days.

I needed some new pads for our deer stands and thought these would be a great substitute for the large rectangle ones that came with the stand. These we can grab on our way out the door and bring them back so they are not in the weather all season/year. After I opened the vacuum bag, I had to wait nearly 4 days for the foam pads to fully expand. They are comfortable enough, but they are a bit noisy. It is nice that they came with a carabiner so you can clip it on while moving to and from the stand.
